Just have to love this photo of my oldest daughter at a red carpet event in Hamburg.

Look at these adorable swan cars. The were built for India but they scared the elephants to such an extent they had to be banned. I stand under correction but heard that the cars are owed by an American now.

My girls came to visit us here in France for 10 days in July. We all had such fun. I miss them so much while we are here in France. We are flying home to Hamburg in Germany for Christmas and will spend time with them there.

Bright ideas…

On Saturday evening we took a stroll to the beach up the road from us here in France and there were people walking around with light bulbs on their heads. Needless to say I thought I was not seeing right and when I realised I was seeing just what my eyes were telling me what I was seeing I went into such a fit of giggles. ..

Today is 4 weeks since we lost our little pookie Sheila cat. …we miss her so badly. 

Beautiful little Sheila cat passed away this evening at 18h30.  We are so very sad… she got so ill. She was turning 16 years this year. .

After sooo long we are having a good time back here in South Africa. ..I am happy and proud… so far so good

So today I booked us 2 A380 france air line plane tickets to South Africa.  My mom needs me and at the age of 70 she does own the right. We left South Africa almost 16 years ago. Yes we are frightfully apprehensive but hope to see a good safe place?………..
